Great food at Chinese takeout storefront prices. If you are looking for fancy venue, move on. It is very Spartan, but the food is amazing. I have not had better. The rice noodles, shrimp and black bean are top notch. I have had outstanding meals there for 30 years.

I've been coming to Mei Mei's since 1991, and have found it to be one of the best Chinese restaurants in the area. I grew up in Queens, NY and this place rivals the great food we used to get in NY. Always great service, nice people, family owned business. They do not take credit cards (cash only), and there are not many tables to eat in. They do a lot of take out. This place is usually busy, and eating in during the winter months can be chilly. They offer black tea and cold water complimentary with your dinner. Our favorite dishes include squid w/peanuts, egg foo young, crispy Thai shrimp, black pepper shrimp, roast pork ends, tangerine beef, and the ribs w/black bean sauce. The egg rolls are good, but are sometimes a bit greasy. Ample parking. Family favorite, highly recommend.

The food tasted fresh and delicious and you get a good portion size! It's a family business so they were all friendly. My wife ordered the shrimp fried rice I was surprised in the amount of shrimps it had. I had the General Tso's chicken combo and it came with a huge eggroll. You definitely get your money worth here, but only downside they don't take credit cards.

Would never come back here. Chicken and broccoli was drenched in a gravy that was so thick. General Tso chicken was also not good...also in a thick sauce. Fried rice was white rice with a lot of soy sauce. The staff was great but the food was the worst Chinese I’ve had.
